Ordered a pair of shoes Dec. 20, 2018, and they didn't even SHIP until mid-March 2019--took another month after that just to arrive! I tried contacting the company multiple times via email and phone to get information about the status of my order, but got zero responses. And once the shoes finally did arrive, they were the wrong color (white not black). Based on my experience as well as others', if you want to be scammed out of your money, or at the very least, wait months for the item to arrive, this is the company for you. Otherwise, save your money for something much more worthwhile.

It has been 2 months since I ordered a pair of socks. I received an initial email stating my order received and that I would receive an email when item was ready to ship. Well, that email never came. Item never received. I have made several attempts to notify company be email and by phone with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

Have not received order

I placed an order with what I assume is a sister company, OMG-WOW on February 15th. Since then I have had very little communication with the company. I finally got an email confirmation on March 3rd that the item I ordered had shipped, but now it is 10 days later and the package is still being tracked as having a label created and is in pre-shipment IN CHINA. Any attempt to use the phone number they advertise in Florida is a joke. Their website actually claims it is only answered a few hours a day. Chat messages are even worse. I tried on two occasions to start a conversation and immediately got a response asking for my email so that they can get back to me later. Usually I receive notices from them overnight, as they are obviously not in the USA. I simply want to know when I will receive my order. It is frustrating that they took my payment immediately and will not tell me anything.
